Whereas the Early Childhood Education Administration Credential equips the person with knowledge of child development theory, research, assessment and administrative practices. * Western Washington University It offers courses that deal with child care till the age of five. Courses from this institution meet the criteria of the Washington State Early Childhood Career Development Core Competencies and the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
